The guest annex sits to the rear of the garden, providing a 5th bedroom with separate kitchen and shower facilities.

Inside offers a grand dining room seating eight adults with far-reaching garden views, Philips Bluetooth stereo system and access to the kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of cooking utensils and a barista-style coffee machine. The main family lounge offers comfortable seating, an indoor pool table and a separate home office. Completing the ground floor is a decadent reception room with four armchairs and Philips Bluetooth stereo system.

Leading to the first floor are four generous bedrooms all with en suites, generous wardrobe space and satellite TVs. The Principal bedroom comes with its own sun terrace and travel cot if required.

Located within the Avon Castle estate, Avon House is perfectly positioned for easy access to nearby destinations — Ringwood (5 mins), Christchurch (15 mins), Bournemouth (20 mins), Lyndhurst and Sandbanks (both 30 mins). Free on-site parking is available inside a locked entrance gate (guests do not have use of the double garage).
